2. Warranty
2.1 If delivered merchandise have obvious material or
manufacturing defects, including transport damages, you are requested
to send complaints to us or the transport agent by which the
merchandise have been delivered immediately. Should you however not
notify such defects, this shall not affect your statutory claims.
2.2 The statutory warranty period is two years commencing with
delivery of the merchandise. If any defects occur in the purchased
merchandise during the statutory warranty period, you shall be
entitled, at your own discretion, to assert your statutory rights to
subsequent performance, rectification/delivery of new merchandise
or—should specific statutory requirements be met—to assert more
extensive claims for a reduction in price or to withdraw from the
purchase and to claim compensation, including compensation for damages
in lieu of performance, as well as compensation for abortive
expenditure on your part.
2.3 If a particular item is not available for delivery, we shall
in specific cases deliver an item which is equivalent in terms of price
and quality (substitute). You shall also be entitled to return this
item within 14 days if it is not to your liking. If a particular item
or substitute is not available for delivery, we shall be entitled to
withdraw from our contractual obligations to deliver; at the same time
we undertake to inform you without delay that such items are not
available and to reimburse any consideration we may have received
immediately.

3. Information regarding purchaser’s right to revoke the contract
3.1 Revocation rights
You are entitled to revoke your contractual declaration—for no explicit
reason—in text form (i.e. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the
merchandise within two weeks. This period commences at the earliest
upon receipt of these instructions and the merchandise. This period
will be deemed to have been complied with if the merchandise or the
revocation are sent within the specified period. The revocation or return delivery must be sent to: Institute for Plastination e.K.

3.2 Consequences of revocation
3.2.1. If the contract is effectively revoked, merchandise received by both
parties shall be returned and any benefits derived from the same (e.g.
benefits of use) surrendered. Should you be partially or wholly unable
to return the merchandise received from us—or only to do so in a
deteriorated condition—you shall to this extent provide compensation
accordingly. This shall not apply if such damage or deterioration is
solely due to inspections of the same which may take place in retail
business. The duty to provide compensation can also be avoided by not
making proprietary use of the merchandise and refraining from any
action which may impair their value. 3.2.2 Merchandise suitable for
parcel-post shipment shall be returned. You shall bear the return
delivery costs of return deliveries from shipments the total order
value of which amount to €40 provided that the delivered merchandise
correspond with the ordered merchandise. In all other cases return
delivery is free of charge for you. Merchandise not suitable for
parcel-post shipment shall be collected from you following receipt of
